When Will My Order Ship?
Your Whisk & Mischief tee is made especially for you and will ship within 7 days. Once your parcel has entered the wild world of USPS, delivery usually takes another 2-5 business days. Think of it as the cooling rack stage: almost there, no poking.
When the Bake Goes Wrong
Most bakes turn out beautifully. Occasionally, something comes out of the oven a little… rustic.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us and we’ll sort it out. Your soufflé is allowed to collapse. Your order is not.
What to Do
Get in touch within 30 days of purchase and include:
- Your order number
- A quick description of what went wrong
- A photo of the item, when applicable
Items should be unused and in the condition they arrived in, aside from the damage or defect you’re contacting us about.
