Returns & Exchanges

Our 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Plenty of time to try it on, wash it, and decide it’s your new favorite (or not, no hard feelings).

What’s Eligible
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
Email us at whiskandmischiefclub.shop@gmail.com to get things rolling. Returns need to be sent to the following address: 15 Whitsunday Place, Redland Bay, Qld, Australia, 4165.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return won’t be accepted, so please don’t surprise us with a parcel. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can look into it and make it right. A collapsed soufflé is charming. A damaged shirt is not.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items can’t be returned, like perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also can’t accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure about your item, just get in touch.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new one. Think of it as swapping the recipe, not the whole kitchen.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to justify it. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return, and whether the refund has been approved. If it’s approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take a little extra time to process and post it (they’re not known for rushing).
